This page is maintained by Framzoagency to explain how we handle data in our gallery and client-delivery product. It is editable content, not a certification.
What we collect
Account details you give us (email, name, brand name), the content you upload (photos, gallery titles, client emails you invite), and basic usage logs needed to run the service (IP, browser, timestamps).
How we use it
To run your account, deliver galleries to clients you invite, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your client photos to train any model.
Subprocessors
We rely on a managed cloud provider for database, authentication, file storage, and hosting. Transactional email is handled by our email provider. Custom domains route through our DNS provider.
Retention & deletion
Your content lives in your account until you delete it or close the account. After account closure we remove uploaded photos and galleries within 30 days, except where law requires us to keep records longer.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it at any time. Contact us at privacy@framzoagency.com.
