Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login safe and for the content you upload. Don't use the service to host content you don't have rights to, or content that's illegal where you operate.
Your content
You own your photos. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display them solely to provide the service to you and the clients you invite.
Plans & billing
Paid plans renew monthly or yearly. You can cancel any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled case-by-case.
Acceptable use
Don't try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service. Don't use it to harass others or distribute malware. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or its users at risk.
Service availability
We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is communicated when possible.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Framzoagency is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms; significant changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
